We were lucky to have the wonderful Brian Croft as our tour guide/escort who really brought the whole thing together as one seamless, fantastic package.

First brekkie!
Eggs Benedict, flat white and freshly squeezed OJ (not shown)... 9:30 and already pretty bloody hot!
